Birthsite: Lararra East of Tjukurla

Historical: A half brother to Yala Yala Gibbs Tjungurrayi and Willy Tjungurrayi.

George first made contact with Europeans at a Rock hole south of Kiwirrkura where

he met a welfare patrol lead by Jeremy Long And Nosepeg Tjupurrula. He moves to

 Papunya shortly after and began painting in the mid 80’s.
